  • Professional training as a chef
  • Professional experience in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of food, preparation methods and presentation
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members on the job

  • Creativity and passion for high-quality cuisine
  • Awareness of hygiene and understanding of HACCP guidelines
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to work flexibly and collegially

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for one's own section (e.g., meat, fish, vegetables, sauces, pastry)
  • Preparation and plating of dishes in accordance with specified standards and recipes
  • Coordination and organisation of one's own workstation to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Food quality control and the minimisation of food waste
  • Instruction and training of commis chefs and other team members at the station
  • Participation in menu planning and the development of new dishes in collaboration with the Head Chef
  • Collaboration with other stations and departments to ensure quality and service for guests
  • Training, assisting with the training of our apprentices
