Start the new year relaxed with our New Year's Eve package at the Restaurant & Landhotel Winter. On 30 December, it's time to arrive. After check-in from 15:00, things kick off in the early evening with a short torchlit walk to the source of the Lauter – where a warming mulled wine or punch reception awaits you at the Gestütsgasthof Offenhausen. As a special highlight, Anja Winter will read a short story by the spring. Afterwards, there's soup from an open fire before we spoil you with a main course and dessert back at our restaurant.
On 31 December, the day starts leisurely with breakfast, in the afternoon we invite you to coffee and cake, before we kick off the festive New Year's Eve menu with an aperitif from 5 pm. At midnight, we will toast together – and for those who fancy it, there is a special moment afterwards: our „midnight swim“ in the outdoor pool with ambient lighting. By the way, the nice thing is: we don't let off fireworks here – we think that's a good thing too – so please leave firecrackers and fireworks at home.
We're starting New Year's Day completely stress-free – with a lie-in breakfast until 12 noon. In the afternoon you can float around in the sauna and pool, and in the evening a hearty snack buffet awaits. On 2nd January it'll be time to say goodbye after breakfast – but not without starting the new year with a fresh burst of energy.
During your stay, pool and sauna are included – and thanks to the AlbCard, you can discover the Swabian Alb for free every day.

Cancellation policy for our New Year's Eve package 2026
As the New Year period at the Winter restaurant and country hotel is a time of particularly high demand and we plan these days well in advance, the following separate cancellation conditions apply to our New Year's Eve package (starting on 30/12/2026):
Free cancellation (up to 4 weeks before arrival): You can cancel your booking at the latest by Wednesday, 2nd December 2026 at 18:00 (Local time) Cancel 100 % free of charge.
Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival (70 %): In the event of cancellation after the expiry of the free period (from 02/12/2026 at 18:00) and at the latest by Wednesday, 23rd December 2026 at 18:00 We will charge a cancellation fee of 70 % of the total price booked.
Last-minute cancellation & no-show (90 %): In the event of a rejection from Wednesday, 23rd December 2026, after 18:00 (less than 1 week before the start of the event), in the event of early departure or a no-show, we will charge 90 % of the total price booked.
