- Professional training as a chef
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of food, preparation methods and presentation
- Ability to lead and motivate team members on-site
- Resilience and the ability to work precisely and efficiently even in stressful situations
- Creativity and passion for high-quality cuisine
- Awareness of hygiene and understanding of HACCP guidelines
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work flexibly and collegially
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsibility for one's own section (e.g., meat, fish, vegetables, sauces, pastry)
- Preparation and plating of dishes in accordance with specified standards and recipes
- Coordination and organisation of one's own workstation to ensure a smooth workflow
- Food quality control and the minimisation of food waste
- Instruction and training of commis chefs and other team members at the station
- Participation in menu planning and the development of new dishes in collaboration with the Head Chef
- Collaboration with other stations and departments to ensure quality and service for guests
- Training, assisting with the training of our apprentices
