Winter family & team

You can say a lot of things about us Swabians, but there is one thing we can do: hospitality and enjoyment! And that is what we as a family, together with our entire team at the Landhotel and Restaurant Winter, stand for – it is a matter of the heart and a family affair for us.

Because we are not only passionate hosts, but also great champions of honest and high-quality cuisine. At the same time, we are firmly rooted in our Swabian homeland, whose wonderful landscape and rich culture continually inspire us anew.

With this mix of ingredients, we run the country hotel and restaurant Winter as a family business: father Klaus is at the stove as a chef, together with our head chef Felix Staubach. Mother Margit and daughter Anja, both qualified hotel management assistants, look after service and hotel operations, while son Marc provides operational support, having run the stud farm inn in Offenhausen since June 2024. And son-in-law Hannes is also on board as an event management specialist with a wealth of catering experience.

We love being hosts and are thrilled to welcome new and familiar faces time and time again. Together with our team, we always do our utmost to ensure you have the best time with us – delivered with warm hospitality and a generous helping of indulgence!
