Have you already had a look at the current issue of Marktleben Magazin? If not, it is particularly worthwhile this time. We are thrilled that the editors have dedicated a major article to us in the new issue.
Under the heading „So near and yet so far“, our house in Gomadingen-Offenhausen is put under the microscope. We are proud of the result and the wonderful pictures that were created in the process.

Our culinary philosophy was also a major topic for the editorial team. It is all about how Klaus Winter and the kitchen team interpret the concept of regionality.
The article highlights why we sometimes approach things a little differently than others – keywords such as „nose-to-tail“ and close collaboration with local producers right from here play a role. It reports on what drives our kitchen and how we try to bring the Alb to the plate without being ordinary.
Switching off amidst rugged beauty
Of course, relaxation is not neglected either. The editorial team describes the feeling of leaving everyday life behind us – whether in summer or winter.
Particular attention is given to our heated outdoor pool and sauna. It is lovely to read how the „rugged beauty“ of the Swabian Alb and our wellness facilities interact in the article.
