With us, game doesn't just end up on the plate – it comes straight from our own hunting grounds on the Swabian Alb. The game meat we process comes predominantly from our own hunting around the hotel & restaurant. So it really doesn't get any fresher or more local than that.
A true classic with us are the venison saddle medallions – tender, aromatic and a favourite dish among our guests for years. Many who have been to us before come back precisely because of that.
